Discovery
A Discovery process is the first step to understand and create the future. In this process, we look at the state of the industry and consider macro and micro threats and opportunities. We use empathy tools to fully understand the challenges and then prioritise the tasks moving forward. The Discovery process can be run as a stand-alone exercise or as part of the full Changemaker suite.

Innovation
Driving innovation requires the involvement of a number of people in the company. Our process is based on the renowned Design Thinking methodology which encapsulates Empathising, Defining, Ideating, Prototyping and Testing. The core of this process is a two-day workshop where all stakeholders are involved. This powerful session will give immediate results, and set the team up for further innovation work.

Connector
If your company prefers to do the work internally, we are happy to work with you to empower the team to drive innovation. We will then set up a one-day Design Thinking workshop where the goal is to get buy-in and appreciation for the process. This is an excellent way to keep ownership of the process in-house while leveraging the power of new, easy-to-use methodologies that drive an agile mindset.

eMission
eMission is a process to help maritime companies transition their energy usage and emissions towards more sustainable solutions. eMission takes a holistic view of the company’s operations and aims to create a long-term strategy that cements the company’s commitment to complying with regulations and finding innovative solutions to the energy transition.

Changemaker
The Changemaker process is our tailored end-to-end innovation process for the maritime industry. Throughout this process, we will uncover problems and opportunities, workshop solutions and deliver recommendations for the company. It is individually developed for each client based on ambitions, unique challenges and the people in the organisation. Be prepared for radical perspectives!

Principal
Erik Ingvoldstad is an entrepreneur, a designer and an innovator. He has been creating groundbreaking ideas his entire career. As an avid Design Thinking advocate, Erik helps companies re-discover why they do what they do, help them understand the customer’s needs and create new solutions for the future. Erik holds a Master’s Degree in Digital Management.
